Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or ISLAND WIDE. A signature is required upon delivery unless otherwise specified. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and shipping of in-stock items. Orders may ship from the JCERacing warehouse or directly from one of our authorized suppliers. Some items may be drop shipped. Special arrangements may be necessary for international shipments or oversized items.

Shipping Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
1. Email us immediately at shipping@jceracing.com.
2. Keep all original packaging and the product intact. The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
3. Provide a detailed list of the damaged or missing item(s).
4. Take pictures of the product and packaging.
JCERacing will coordinate with the shipping carrier to inspect or collect the damaged product if necessary. Do not return any item without written authorization from JCERacing. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate. Failure to report damage to both the carrier and JCERacing within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.

Shipping Estimates
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimates based on weight and calculated via carrier software. They do not include dimensional surcharges. If an error occurs in the rate calculation, we will contact you with the updated cost before shipping. For large or international orders, please contact us for an accurate quote.

Returns
Returns are accepted for eligible items under the following conditions:
• Shipping Orders: You must request a return within 14 days of the purchase date.
• In-Store Pickup: You must request a return within 7 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• Any item that appears used, installed, or shows signs of attempted installation will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may offer a reduced fee if store credit is chosen instead of a refund.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable in either direction unless the return is due to an error by JCERacing.
• All accepted returns will be issued as store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued, unless the part is no longer available or is defective and cannot be replaced.

Incorrect Shipments
If JCERacing ships an incorrect item or processes your order incorrectly, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement. The item must be returned in new condition. JCERacing will evaluate the situation before confirming any error.

Special Order Items
Items made specifically for your vehicle or ordered upon request require a non-refundable deposit or full payment upfront. Once confirmed, these orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. Special order items are not eligible for store credit.

Important Return Conditions
• Modified, installed, or altered items cannot be returned.
• JCERacing is not responsible for labor, installation costs, or any other incidental expenses.
• If a package is undeliverable and returned, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may incur a restocking fee. These charges will be billed to your account or invoiced.

Store Credits and Refunds
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Refunds will only be issued if the item is no longer available or cannot be replaced due to a verified manufacturer defect.
• Store credit memos are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may only be used for purchases at JCERacing.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original payment method. Cash payments will be refunded via check.
• Credit memos cannot be converted between payment types.


Installation Services & Workshop Policy
JCERacing offers professional installation services at our in-house workshop. When choosing to have a product installed by our certified mechanics, please note the following:
• All installation services are final and non-refundable once completed.
• JCERacing is not responsible for any parts or components not purchased directly from us.
• Labor fees apply and vary depending on the service performed; a written estimate will be provided prior to beginning work.
• Estimates are based on normal installation conditions. If complications arise during installation (e.g., rusted bolts, prior modifications, missing parts, or hidden damage), the final price may be adjusted accordingly. Customers
