Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or Island Wide depending on size, weight, and destination. A signature may be required upon delivery unless otherwise specified by the carrier.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing of in-stock items. Orders may ship from the JCERacing warehouse or directly from one of our authorized suppliers. Certain items may be drop shipped. Oversized, freight, palletized, or international shipments may require additional coordination and processing time.
Transit Times & Product Availability
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected at checkout. Most carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they refer to business days only. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding carrier-observed holidays.
Transit time begins once the order has shipped and does not include order processing time, manufacturer lead time, backorder time, warehouse handling time, freight coordination time, or supplier transfer time.
Estimated carrier transit times are as follows:
Next Day Air – Delivered within 1 business day
2nd Day Air – Delivered within 2 business days
3-Day Service – Delivered within 3 business days
Ground – Delivered within 3–5 business days
These timeframes are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. JCERacing.com is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs holds, peak season congestion, or events beyond our control.
Estimated Arrival Dates, when provided, are supplied by manufacturers or distributors and are estimates only and are not guaranteed and may change without prior notice due to production schedules, supply chain conditions, freight delays, inventory fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shipping@jceracing.com.
You must keep all original packaging and the product intact. The item must remain unused and uninstalled. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label along with a detailed description of the damage.
Do not return any damaged merchandise without written authorization from JCERacing.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier for inspection or pickup if required. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping rates displayed at checkout are estimates generated by carrier software based on weight and location. They may not include dimensional weight surcharges or freight adjustments. If a rate discrepancy occurs, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional charges.
Returns
All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the shipment date and must be approved by management prior to return.
To request a return, email sales@jceracing.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging. No returns will be reviewed or approved without photo documentation. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
To qualify for return:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included components.
Items showing signs of installation, modification, damage, or attempted installation will not be accepted.
Restocking fees of up to 30% may apply.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in either direction unless the return is due solely to a verified error by JCERacing.com.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only unless the item is defective and cannot be replaced.
Incorrect Shipments
If JCERacing ships an incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement once the item is received and inspected in new condition. JCERacing reserves the right to verify all claims prior to approval.
Special Order Items
Items ordered specifically for a customer’s vehicle or by special request require a full payment. Special order items are not eligible for store credit or returns.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect address or failure to sign, the customer is responsible for return freight charges and applicable restocking fees. These charges may be deducted from any refund or billed separately.
Store Credits & Refunds
All approved returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may only be used at JCERacing.com.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is no longer available or cannot be replaced due to a verified manufacturer defect. When applicable, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Cash payments will be refunded via company check. Store credit cannot be converted to cash or transferred between payment types.
Installation Policy & Authorized Installer Network
JCERacing.com is an online-based retailer and does not provide in-house installation services. All products sold are intended to be professionally installed by qualified technicians. JCERacing.com is not responsible for installation errors, improper fitment, labor costs, or any damages resulting from installation performed by third parties.
For customer convenience, JCERacing may recommend independent installers or workshops in certain regions. These installers operate independently and are not employees, partners, affiliates, or agents of JCERacing.com. Any agreement for installation services is strictly between the customer and the installer. JCERacing.com assumes no liability for workmanship, service quality, scheduling, pricing, delays, or damages related to third-party installation services.
If a customer chooses to use an installer within our Authorized Installer Network, the installer’s information must be provided in the order comments at checkout. Upon confirmation, merchandise may be shipped directly to the selected installer for installation purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate installation scheduling, labor pricing, and service details directly with the installer.
