These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.jceracing.com and any purchase made from Gearhead Motoring LLC dba JCERacing.com (“JCERacing”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. JCERacing.com is an online-based retailer and does not operate a physical retail storefront.
Off-Road Use & Installation Disclaimer
Many products sold by JCERacing.com are intended for off-road or racing use only. Certain items may not be legal for use on public highways in some states. Performance modifications carry inherent risks. All products require professional installation and are installed at the customer’s own risk. Gearhead Motoring LLC and JCERacing.com assume no responsibility, expressed or implied, for mechanical, electrical, structural, or other failures, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the purchase, installation, or use of aftermarket products. Carbon fiber and composite products, including Seibon, Duraflex, Carbon Creations and similar brands, may require test fitting, trimming, sanding, or modification. All products must be test-fitted prior to painting. Painted, installed, altered, or modified products are non-returnable. Carbon fiber products are not designed to withstand excessive force and may crack under heavy stress.
California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products sold may expose you to chemicals including carbon black, glass wool fibers, silica, chromium, and nickel, known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
Intellectual Property
All website content including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of JCERacing.com or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Order Acceptance & Processing
Receipt of an electronic confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. JCERacing reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, manufacturer restrictions, or policy violations. Payment may be authorized or charged at the time the order is placed. Orders are subject to processing time and do not always ship the same day.
Product Availability
Inventory displayed may reflect warehouse stock or manufacturer availability. Items marked “Special Order” or not in stock are not physically available in our warehouse and must be sourced from the manufacturer or distributor. Estimated Arrival Dates (ETA), when provided, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ETAs may change without notice due to production schedules, freight delays, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. All special order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not entered processing or shipped. A 25% cancellation fee may apply once payment has been processed. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as returns. Special order, custom-built, and manufacturer-processed items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of shipment and must be approved by management prior to any return being sent back. No item may be returned without prior written authorization from JCERacing. To request a return, the customer must email sales@jceracing.com with the order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and condition of the product. Returns will not be reviewed or approved without photo documentation. If the return is approved, return instructions will be provided. A return shipping label will only be issued after management approval, when applicable. Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and components. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees of up to 30% may apply. Special order and custom items are non-returnable. Refused shipments or returns caused by customer error will incur return freight charges and applicable restocking fees, which will be deducted from any refund. JCERacing does not refund shipping charges except in cases of verified shipping error caused solely by JCERacing.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates and subject to adjustment for dimensional weight or freight requirements. If additional charges apply, the customer will be contacted prior to shipment. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. JCERacing is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after delivery confirmation, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Special Order Items
Special order items require full payment. Special order and custom items cannot be canceled or returned.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer price changes, freight increases, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Layaway Plan
Layaway requires a 20% non-refundable down payment and a minimum purchase of $100. The standard term is 3 months and may be extended up to 6 months upon approval. Orders under layaway will not be processed, ordered from the manufacturer, reserved, or shipped until the balance is paid in full. Products placed on layaway are not secured or allocated with the manufacturer until final payment is received. JCERacing.com does not order or reserve inventory from suppliers until the layaway balance has been paid in full. As a result, product pricing is not guaranteed and may change prior to final payment. If the manufacturer increases pricing before the item is ordered, the customer is responsible for any price difference at the time of final payment. Layaway cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total order amount. Inactive layaway plans exceeding 90 days may be canceled without notice, and payments made may be converted to store credit after applicable fees. Special order and custom items are not eligible for layaway.
Warranty
All products carry only the manufacturer’s warranty. JCERacing does not provide additional warranties. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval. JCERacing is not responsible for labor costs, installation charges, shipping charges related to warranty claims, or consequential damages.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes – Zero Tolerance Policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees to contact JCERacing directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback after receiving merchandise, after shipment, or after a refund has been offered or processed constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. JCERacing reserves the right to provide all order documentation, IP address logs, delivery confirmation, signed freight receipts, communication records, and policy acceptance records to the issuing bank or payment processor to dispute the claim. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, collections activity, additional recovery fees, and legal action to recover losses, administrative costs, and attorney fees where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
JCERacing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
Store Credit
Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue and cannot be converted to cash. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment when applicable. Cash payments may be refunded by company check.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
