Description

The Fabspeed Motorsport Valvetronic Nordschleife Cat-Back Exhaust System gives the 992 GT3 a truly exotic sports car sound, all while retaining the functionality of PSE, Porsche Sport Exhaust valvetronic push button system. Our design process started with 3D laser scanning the entire OEM exhaust system and underside of the GT3 flat 6 engine using our CREAFORM 700 Handscan so that we could make a complete Solidworks 3D model of the exhaust. We then CAD designed the exhaust and fixtures using that model so that the exhaust fit perfectly to OEM Porsche Motorsport standards. After multiple revisions for Sound and ACTUAL incremental dyno testing we decided to use our signature cast 70mm 2.75" X-Pipe to tie the two cylinder banks together for exhaust scavenging and to defeat resonance. The exhaust valves are made by Helical Limited in the United Kingdom. These are the WORLD's finest Aerospace quality exhaust valves. Helical ISO 9001 certified valves are the same ones Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani, Koeniggseeg, and Porsche use on their GT cars. Fabspeed's exhaust systems are mandrel bent in-house from T304 Stainless steel, and you have five different tip options to choose from. This 992 GT3 systems is 100% GUARANTEED to make the very best sports car sound and MORE power than any other system in the WORLD! Ultimate quality bullet-proof exhaust valves and linking both exhaust banks of the FLAT 6 required real true engineering versus simply slapping together two 90 degree straight pipes like many other companies or utilizing 3" tubing 100% guaranteed to make less horsepower and torque versus Fabspeed.

SOUND:

With PSE off our Valvetronic exhaust gives a nice subtle increase in volume. With PSE on it turns the 4.0L's exhaust note into a truly exotic sound with a significant increase in volume. The exhaust note changes from the smooth purr of the OEM exhaust to the aggressive race-bred snarl of a 911 CUP car. The invest cast X pipe CAD designed is crucial to deliver high pitched GT3 sports car sound. Serious after we designed and BUILT 4 different exhaust systems we ONLY deliver the very best system in terms of sports car sound and maximum power. Typically in this industry competitors "wack something together and never ever test it, use CHEAP as Dirt Chinese exhaust valves 100% guaranteed to fail" and go to market with Maximum hype. Fabspeed with over 25+ years of air-cooled and water-cooled experience never ever takes short cuts.

POWER:

This system improves on Porsche’s design by increasing pipe diameter from 2.5 in to 2.75in 70mm and using our signature cast X-pipe instead of the factory H-Pipe. On our DynoJet we saw +17.5 crank HP or +14 whp (whp= horsepower at the wheels) at 4200 RPM and a healthy dose of torque down low at 4200 RPM gaining 17 ft/lbs of tq. Significant power gains that you can feel by the seat of your pants and also major rear weight savings. FYI, for your information a 3" X pipe LOST 15FTLB torque and -10HP versus 70mm. Larger is 100% the wrong way to go. Caveat Emptor- buyer beware.

Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by JCERacing and if the error was from our side. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the JCERacing warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or ISLAND WIDE and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to JCERacing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a small restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. .

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized JCERacing shipping locations. JCERacing drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our warehouse. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. .
