Returns Policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by JCERacing and if the error was from our side. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the JCERacing warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or ISLAND WIDE and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to JCERacing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a small restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. .

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized JCERacing shipping locations. JCERacing drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our warehouse. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. .

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following: IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US BY EMAIL TO: shipping@jceracing.com Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) JCERacing will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from JCERacing.Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

TRANSIT TIMES:

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the parcel carriers. As a general rule, transit times are as follows:

• Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day
• 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days
• 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days
• Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please remember these quotes do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by JCERacing. By law, JCERacing is required to list all package contents at the actual purchase price. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, JCERacing reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order. Opening a Layaway plan is easy & only requires a few steps and completely online. To initiate a Layaway, simply send us an email with the items you want to sales@jceracing.com just add in subject: Lay Away Plan for Your Name. There's no opening fee required for a Layaway. All you need to do is make a small down-payment of 20% of the total of the order.

The layaway lowdown:

• For online purchases only
• Service fee: $0
• Down payment: 20%
• Most lease agreements are for a maximum of 3 months, but can be up to 6 months.
• 90-day purchase options includes a markup over invoice price
• Your total purchase must be $100 or greater.
• You can make payments anytime on your Layaway at PayPal.
• 5% Cancellation Fees Apply if decide to cancel.
