Through our continued development we have worked directly with EcuTek to develop flex-fuel and other RaceRom feature support and have worked to develop support for the Gen2 ECU found in the 2021+ model years. We ceaselessly work to tweak and improve the current calibration systems to stay at the front of the field, and will put that same winning mentality into your own custom calibration.
Based in the United Kingdom, EcuTek Technologies Ltd. provides a powerful OBD2 interface and software solution for modern performance vehicles like the Infiniti Q50 and Q60. The EcuTek ProECU Tuning Suite allows for the calibration and reprogramming of your vehicle’s original ECU via the on board diagnostics (OBD2) port and provide a host of features that help achieve fast, accurate, and successful mapping.
At its simplest, the EcuTek programming kit can be used for diagnostics and data-logging via the included EcuTek OBD2 Bluetooth Interface Module. However, its most impressive feature is to allow EcuTek Master Tuners like our AMS Calibration Team to create custom mapping to improve power output and performance. We then make it as easy as possible to load this calibration to your vehicle by providing an industry leading instruction guide showing you step by step how to upload it to your Q.
To reprogram the ECU, the EcuTek programming interface is simply plugged into the OBD2 diagnostic port of the car and connected to your handheld device via Bluetooth. The guided reprogramming process then only takes a few minutes to complete via EcuTek Phone Flash! Unlike other “chipping” solutions, the EcuTek Phone Flash system requires no soldering and no physical access to the ECU – an altogether quicker, cleaner and more reliable method of tuning.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by JCERacing and if the error was from our side. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the JCERacing warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or ISLAND WIDE and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to JCERacing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a small restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. .
All products are shipped out from one of the authorized JCERacing shipping locations. JCERacing drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our warehouse. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. .
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following: IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US BY EMAIL TO: shipping@jceracing.com Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) JCERacing will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from JCERacing.Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
