Installation and Warranty. Our 3-Inch Lift Kit includes all the components you need for installation, including front strut spacers, rear coil spring spacers, and rear shocks. When you purchase a Rough Country product, you get more than a great product at an affordable price. You also get peace of mind knowing that your purchase comes with a limited lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturer defects. With Rough Country's industry-leading warranty, you can be sure that your Rough Country lift kit is protected from structural and workmanship damage after the date of purchase.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return. Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by JCERacing and if the error was from our side. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the JCERacing warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or ISLAND WIDE and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to JCERacing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a small restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. .
All products are shipped out from one of the authorized JCERacing shipping locations. JCERacing drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our warehouse. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. .
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following: IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US BY EMAIL TO: shipping@jceracing.com Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) JCERacing will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from JCERacing.Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Opening a Layaway plan is easy & only requires a few steps and completely online. To initiate a Layaway, simply send us an email with the items you want to sales@jceracing.com just add in subject: Lay Away Plan for Your Name. There's no opening fee required for a Layaway. All you need to do is make a small down-payment of 20% of the total of the order.
